Several months ago, I registered shareHIMwith.me - I did so after I went through some pretty major withdraws to a medication that I was taking.  That was the closest to insanity I would ever care to get.  In the midst of that, God gave me a glimpse of  what addicts go through.  I would never tell them, "I know how you feel".  No one knows exactly how they feel.  I can however, tell them how I felt.

ShareHIMwith.me is a site for anyone that wants to tell their story of how Jesus has set you free... from addiction, depression, helplessness, and fear.  How, in the midst of chaos, Jesus was there to help you find your sanity.  If you'd like to tell others what Jesus has done for you, please visit the site.  Create an account and submit an 'article'.  It doesn't matter how big or small; if Jesus has touched you, we want to hear about it.  Share him with others.  ShareHimwith.me

A lot of changes have happened over the past few months. We finished all of our construction and we now serve 200 to 250 people per day in the dinner. With the DHL layoff our numbers have increased and so has Gods favor. We hand out around 10,000 cans of food per month now. The Lord keeps blessing and reaching out to those in need in our area. We still have dinner on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thurs at 6 pm, we have lunch on Weds ( along with groceries ) and Sat at noon. Our meals are served for one hour a day and God has blessed us with over 30 churches that serve our meals , along with some local businesses and individuals. Our clothing cupboard is now located on Lincoln Street and is open on Tues at 2 until 7pm and Saturdays from 9am until 2pm. We have recovery programs on T and Th at 7:15, and we are seeing Jesus move in mighty ways with these brothers and sisters. Concerts are being held on Saturdays (check back for concerts and upcoming events)
We now hold a worship service on Mondays at 7pm and would love to have you come visit and join in the worship and the delivery of Gods awesome Word.  The cafe is open in the evenings from 7pm until 11pm and offers coffee and tea along with free wifi and great fellowship. We have been working with many others ministries and groups to reach out to our community ... Feed the Children, Share our Strength, local businesses, local banks, local schools, United Way and many more ......This is a wonderful community and loves its people and so do we. Please pray for us as we listen to God, come visit us anytime .... Allen
